Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
- Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the Filling
- In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
