Two-Ingredient Banana Bread No Oven No Kneading

Ingredients

Two large ripe bananas
One cup whole wheat or oat flour (you can blend oats into flour if needed)

Instructions

Step One Mash the Bananas

Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl using a fork until smooth and creamy.

Step Two Add the Flour

Gradually add the flour to the mashed bananas, stirring until a thick batter forms.
