For the Sauce
3 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
Cook the Beef
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Stuff the Shells
Gently fill each cooked pasta shell with a spoonful of the beef and ricotta mixture. Set aside.
Make the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir frequently until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
Assemble the Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the stuffed shells snugly in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce evenly over the shells.
Bake
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
