Preparation Ratio (for 1 liter or quart-sized batch):

• Apple Cider Vinegar: Fill the jar to about ¾ of its capacity (approximately 750 mL or 3 cups).

• Lemon Juice: Juice of 1-2 lemons.

• Ginger: 3-4 tablespoons (fresh, grated, or finely chopped).

• Turmeric: 2-3 teaspoons (powdered or fresh root).

• Cayenne Pepper: ¼ to ½ teaspoon (adjust based on tolerance).

• Cinnamon: 1-2 teaspoons (ground or 1-2 sticks).

• Clove: 4-5 whole cloves (or 1 teaspoon ground).

• Honey: 2-4 tablespoons (to taste).

Steps to Prepare:

1. In a large jar, mix all ingredients except for honey.

2. Stir or shake well to combine.

3. Let the mixture steep for 24-48 hours at room temperature to allow the flavors and beneficial properties to infuse.

4. Strain the mixture to remove solids (optional) or leave them in for stronger flavor over time.

5. Add honey to the strained liquid and stir until dissolved.

How to Take:

• Dose: Take 1-2 tablespoons of the tonic daily, either neat or diluted in water.
